First days after surgery

With your temporary bridges in place, gums stitched and osseointegration underway it is best to stick to soft food for the days after your surgery. Avoid any acidic foods which may irritate. Soup, smoothies, mashed potato, rice and pasta dishes with sauces can be the easiest to manage during these early states.

After one week
