What is the dental implant process?

This in-person appointment includes a thorough oral health check to ensure you are eligible for dental implant treatment. Your dentist will also create your custom treatment plan.
Treatment day
In a single appointment that takes less than seven hours to complete, your failing and missing teeth are replaced with temporary dental implants.
Recovery
After the surgery, it is time to go home and recover, while we build your final smile in our modern laboratory. For most patients, recovery time is between three and four months.
Final fit
You will return to Yorkshire Dental Suite Guiseley to have your temporary teeth removed, and your permanent teeth fitted. After a final fit check, you can leave the clinic with your new smile.
