- The plan is based on a 12 month commitment and is automatically renewed every 12 months
- Payment schedule needs to be set up before appointment is booked
- Payment dates of 1st, 11th and 21st
- Hygiene appointments included once 6 months of payment are made
- 5% off when payment schedule is set up
- Missed payments will reset the membership plan
- Missed payments mean benefits are to the complete discretion of YDS
- Payments are non-refundable
