The Yorkshire Dental Suite app gives YDS patients a convenient way to access and manage their dental care. From a single platform you are able to book consultations, manage appointments and check in before your visit for a seamless patient experience – you can even place a coffee order so it’s ready for you upon arrival.
Our app allows you to contact the Yorkshire Dental Suite team about any questions you may have. Whether it’s a query about an upcoming appointment or a new concern about your teeth, the team are on hand to answer any questions you may have via the Live Chat function or phone. You’ll also find everything you need to know about our Membership programme and the exclusive benefits that come with joining.
This easy-to-use app gives you quick access to account settings, FAQs, our privacy policy, Yorkshire Dental Suite’s contact information and terms and conditions. That’s not all – the Ambassador Hub helps our dedicated ambassadors to share their unique referral code with ease. If you’re not signed up to our referral programme yet, you can also register in-app.

FAQ
The app is exclusively for Yorkshire Dental Suite patients – you must be an existing patient to create an account and access the app’s booking, appointment and membership features.
First, go to Book Now. Choose your treatment or consultation type, before selecting a clinic, dentist, date and time. If there is an outstanding balance against your account, you’ll be guided through secure payment before your appointment is confirmed – if this isn’t required, all that’s left to do is verify your booking!
Yes. To see your upcoming, past, cancelled and missed appointments, simply go to the Appointments tab. You can add future visits to your calendar, check in when available or contact the team for help.
On the same day of your appointment. When it is available, you’ll see a check in option on your appointment details screen.
We use Stripe to securely process your payment. Please note that the app may show the total amount before you confirm. Or, if a discount applies, the original price may be shown crossed out with the discounted price beside it.
Our membership programme gives eligible patients access to perks such as consultation and hygiene benefits, alongside treatment discounts. You can view or request membership from My Yorkshire Dental Suite.
To do this, use our Live Chat feature, call the practice (details found in Settings) or open the contact page from My Yorkshire Dental Suite.
The app automatically checks if your email belongs to an eligible Yorkshire Dental Suite patient. If it is not recognised, you may need to book your first appointment before creating an app account.
This section allows patients who are a member of the Yorkshire Dental Suite Ambassador Programme to view their referral rewards and share their unique link with friends and family.
It’s simple – upon signing up to the Ambassador Programme, you will receive a unique referral link. Share this with your friends and family and, if they book and attend a Yorkshire Dental Suite consultation with this link, you will receive a £25 commission.
Open My Yorkshire Dental Suite, tap Ambassador Hub, then use Share Now. Or, simply copy your referral link.
