Your role as a Treatment Coordinator
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will act as the link between patients and clinicians, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported and confident in their treatment decisions.
In this role, you will:
Patient support
Support patients through consultations and treatment planning.
Provide clarity
Clearly explain treatment options, fees and next steps.
Build relationships
Build strong relationships with patients and clinical teams.
Working in partnership
Work closely with dentists, hygienists and wider practice teams.
Effective communication
Maintain a high standard of patient communication and care.
Patient support
