Alex takes particular interest in dentistry and human resources, with an emphasis on employee relations, business development and management. His vast experiences from both public and private sectors working within Engineering and Dentistry. He holds a Dip. Project Management, Dip Dental Nurse (NEBDN), Degree in Human Resources Management and currently doing his MSc (Masters) in Advanced Human Resource Management with the University of Central Lancashire and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Alex regularly takes part in people management seminars to create cultures of collaboration and implementing changes to achieve workforce excellence.

Within the business, Alex takes on a natural approach to managing and improving operations, working towards the pursuit of coaching in areas of transformational leadership, implementing performance appraisals, staff wellness, talent engagement and ensuring policies/procedures are properly applied while conducting daily business operational functions.

Outside of work, he has a keen interest in gym, travel and being outdoors with his dog. Alex also enjoys personal development and reading, whilst constantly trying to improve himself and the service that is offered at Yorkshire Dental Suite
